Hi, I’m Amanda.
I’m a business leader within the workplace wellbeing sector, and a certified Health Coach. As the world of work gets more demanding, my mission is to help people and teams stay healthy, productive and energised.
My story
In my mid-30’s I got stuck. I had raced up the corporate ladder, living life on fast-forward, never giving my health a second thought. When I first reached director level I was outwardly ‘successful’ but inwardly exhausted and stressed. Like many others, I had put myself to the bottom of my own priority list. Is it any wonder that my health declined as I threw everything I had into meeting the demands of leadership? This experience led me to retrain as a corporate Health Coach. I am now the COO and Director of Coaching for Elevo, a global workplace wellbeing company. Through my work, I’m able to support people to perform at their best - without compromising their wellbeing - helping them unlock the full potential of a balanced, sustainable approach to success.
Health is the foundation of all our ambitions
Life and work can be stressful and demanding. But if we push ourselves to the absolute limit, eventually our bodies and minds will put the brakes on for us. Without our health, our ambitions and dreams will never become a reality. My ethos is simple: our health isn't guaranteed and we should treat it as our greatest asset. This doesn’t mean dialling back on our ambitions, but it does mean listening to and honouring what we need to feel well and energised enough to work towards them.
